The design process is not all about the creative work, it also requires meticulous management and effective communication skills to ensure a smooth workflow and to achieve the project objectives in a timely manner. This starts with asking the clients the right questions through meetings, developing clear informative briefs, setting due dates and checkpoints, presenting concepts to clients, getting feedback, and coordinating work with the design team and production managers or vendors.
